Abstract:
The system classification of the factors determining the selection and placement of wind-driven electric plants is shown in the paper. A three-level tree of objectives is built. On the first level the battery of all factors is divided into four groups: types of business entities, who are interested in the application of wind-driven electric plants; characteristics of the existing wind-driven electric plants; environmental conditions in placement areas of wind-driven electric plants; causes of public and socio-political nature. On the second level factors of each group are split into classes. The first class: small isolated enterprises; objects of the middle level; power supplying companies. The second class: nominal rates; operation indicators; consumer indicators; costs values. The third class: distribution of winds; nature of the surface; temperature and moisture indicators; nature of the soil; remoteness from settlements; altitude of the placement. The fourth class: development of the region; readiness of leaders; international and domestic experience; preservation of wind-driven electric plants. On the third level the received characteristics are adjusted to specific indicators. The classification tree can become a basis for designing a methodology to analyze variants of wind-power engineering development.
