Abstract:
The structure of robust system of control for a non-stationary dynamic object with condition delay, allowing to compensate parametric uncertainty and external limited disturbances with the accuracy "$\delta$", is offered in the paper. The scheme of the signal formation is given. The signal helps to estimate disturbances, and control is formed, providing the required dynamic accuracy.
