Abstract:
The process of purchase in commercial organizations is considered in the paper. The architecture of automated control system of purchases in commercial organizations is proposed. Stages of choosing a contender for delivery are developed. A method for optimal selection of a supplier is proposed. Some criteria for evaluating suppliers’ proposals, attracting technical and commercial experts, are selected. A scheme for protecting data on an open channel of data transmission using two-factor authentication of participants is developed on the basis of hardware utilization.
