Organization of decision-making in the form of the management cycle of organization efficiency

The possibility of integration of efficiency increase methods of enterprises’ activity, process approach and imitating modeling is described in order to have an opportunity of decision-making in the form of a management cycle. The application of the value analysis for the definition of a set of indicators of the balanced metrics is shown in the paper. Process and imitating models of a cargo port are described.
