Information system of the analysis of network and hierarchical data in the building branch

Problems, connected with gathering and systemization of the available information, occur in the course of the analysis of social and economic indexes of regions in the field of building. Nowadays it is especially actual in the Astrakhan region in the conditions of increase in rates of building within the limits of federal programs. The developed technique of taking decisions, on which the information system is based, is described in the paper. The technique consists of five known methods, which are combined, analyzed, and make a base for a program code.
