Technique of management of the work quality at broadcasting company

Competitiveness of the regional broadcasting company depends on such indicators as quality of releases of news programs, competence and stability of business processes, satisfaction of spectators (listeners). Thus, at present time there is no right method of increase of an overall performance of the regional broadcasting companies. Application of the principles of the system approach with the use of the technique of neural networks allows to improve the work quality at broadcasting company. The proposed artificial neural network is a multilevel one and it helps to represent a hierarchic structure of quality management at the regional broadcasting company more clearly.
