Information support of the operational administration in building branch with the use of cognitive schemes

With the help of cognitive modelling the conceptual model reflecting existence and the interference of factors influencing the process of acceptance of the administrative decision in the building organisation is made. The initial conditions, the tendencies characterising development of the situation at the given stage are defined. It is necessary for giving adequacy of the modelling scenario of a real situation that strengthens trust to the results of modeling. Target, desirable directions (increase, reduction) and strength (poorly, strongly) of change of tendencies of the processes in the situation are set. The complex of actions (a set of operating factors) is chosen, their possible and desirable strength and impact orientation on the situation are defined. The complex of possible effects (actions, factors) on the situation is chosen, strength and orientation of which should be defined; the observable factors (indicators) characterising the development of the situation and carried out depending on the purpose of the analysis and desire of the researcher are chosen.
