Parametrical analysis of logistic service quality in a cargo port

The imitation model of logistic service quality of a cargo port is described in the paper. Some sets of the factors influencing indexes of quality parameters of logistic service of a cargo port are revealed. The model executions with various combinations of conditions of the chosen factors are carried out. The main effects and interaction effects of each factor for separate parameters are designed.
