Abstract:
The process of decision-making by the person is considered to be a means of control. The influence of the operator on the course of technological process is defined according to his memory, logic and irrational thinking, psychological condition at the moment of decision-making. The psychological condition of a person is the basic parameter influencing recognition and abilities to logic and irrational thinking. The influence of each factor is shown by some standardized coefficient. The general standardized coefficient of influence of human factor is calculated. On the basis of this coefficient it is possible to make a scale "Human factor influence" and to fix some areas: 100–90% — area where the decision of a person is optimum and cannot be challenged by COMPUTER; 89–60% —area where to find the optimum decision it is necessary to use the dialogue between COMPUTER and a person; 59–0% — area where the decision of the person is not obviously optimum. The practical application of the scale "Human factor influence" is possible at modeling and management of monointeractive systems and discrete technological processes.
