Abstract:
The results of experimental and analytical studies of the drying kinetics are presented. The influence of basic factors on the efficiency of the process is analyzed. The results of the research are required for the development of mathematical models that are adequate to actually occurring physical phenomena and control regimes with a view to the rational exploitation of drying equipment for dehydration of raw materials of vegetable origin. The obtained functional dependences are expedient to use for calculation of rational parameters of drying process for the design and operation of drying equipment for dehydration of raw materials of vegetable origin. The recommended rational regime parameters are allowed to use standard constructions of drying units and to control the modes.
