System of criteria of evaluation of quality of telecommunication services and method of their evaluation

Abstract: The attempt to form the system of criteria of quality of telecommunication services in Russia is made. Based on the Russian State Standards the system and its structure are formed. The set-theoretical model for assessment and monitoring the quality of services in telecommunication companies is proposed.
