Detection of defects of information reliability for medical economic expertise and quality control of medical care

The methods of information filtration for medical economic expertise and quality control of medical care within the mandatory health insurance system are considered. A set of semantic and pragmatic rules is described; according to them the typical defects of the primary information reliability from medical institutions are formalized.
