Abstract:
Strategic management of social and economic systems on the purposes causes a need of formation of structure of management in the form of the system interrelations between achievement of the objectives, changes of indicators of activity, adoption of administrative decisions and consumption of resources. The possibility of the multi-aspect integrated modeling of social and economic system in the form of a set of situational, cognitive, imitating, process, expert, ontologic models is considered. Formalization of each type of the model in set-theoretic representation is carried out. The confinement-mode of strategic management of social and economic systems was constructed for the first time. The system interrelations between the models are established. Sets of unique and non-unique elements are revealed. Management mechanisms in the field of the social and economic systems, including the estimation of efficiency of achievement of strategic objectives on the basis of a set of indicators, and also the possibility of formation of administrative decisions taking into account the risk of non-achievement of such purposes are improved.
