Hybrid intellectual subsystem for training in management of the processes of fullerenes synthesis

Abstract: The hybrid intellectual subsystem for training in management of the processes of fullerenes synthesis is considered. The subsystem realizes training in management in emergency situations and training in optimum control; it uses information models for the description of the technological production line of fullerenes, mathematical models for the description of communications of entrance, operating influences and output parameters of the processes of fullerenes synthesis, models of knowledge representation for the description in pseudo natural language of conditions of management of the fullerenes synthesis processes and expert knowledge. All of the mentioned models are structural and linguistic. In the mode of training in management in emergency situations, the instructor forms the training scenario so that the trainee could study all the ways of elimination of the standard emergency situations of the fullerenes production. The hybrid intellectual subsystem allows the operator to find such values of regime parameters, which correspond to safe functioning of the industrial equipment and the demanded quality of the synthesized fullerene. The hybrid intellectual subsystem was tested by the example of the data provided by JSC "Innovations of Leningrad Institutes and Enterprises" in St. Petersburg.
