Abstract:
The mathematical model of the complex hull–engine of the ship with paddle wheels is proposed. The ship has no conventional control devices (steering wheel or nozzles) and the change in magnitude and direction of thrust is carried out by changing the ratio of the speed and direction of rotation of paddle wheels, with independent drive. The system of equations describing the dynamics of the complex hull–engine of the ship is presented. The results of the simulation are given.
