Abstract:
The existing methods of reduction in the nonuniformity of the distribution of the thickness of electrolyte coating over the surface of the subject with the use of baths with various anodes are examined. The new way of reduction in the nonuniformity of coating, which is consisted in the combination of the mode of reversing current with turning off the corresponding anodic sections in multiband bath, is proposed. The block diagram of such galvanic bath is presented. The problem of the optimal control of the described process is stated. The algorithms of the solution of the system of equations of the mathematical model on the basis of grid and iteration methods are examined. The algorithm of the search for the solution of the problem of control on the basis of the method of complete enumeration is determined. The effectiveness of the proposed method in comparison with the classical mode of reversing in the bath with mono-lithic anode is demonstrated by the example of electrolyte coating application in 9 anodic galvanic nickel plating bath on the flat-like object. The effectiveness of reduction in the nonuniformity of electrolyte coating proves the expediency of applying the proposed method.
