Abstract: Intellectualization of the processes of control and management of the different buildings, ranging from residential and administrative buildings to bridges and dams, is currently one of the most significant and promising trends of the development of municipal engineering. Thus, the paper analyzes the structure and composition of the control factors of the subsystem of data collection within the systems of intelligent building control (SIBC). A building is considered as a socio-technical system, in which all the technical elements of the building and all the legal entities in the building — legitimate entities are consistently and conflict-free connected into a single system. The general structure of SIBC is proposed; it comprises six separate independent subsystems: life support subsystem, security subsystem, informational support subsystem, data acquisition subsystem, subsystem for the comfort of legitimate entities, subsystem of management and development. The main functions of all six systems included in SIBC are described. The main control centers in SIUS such as dispatch center directly, responsible for the prompt resolution of all current problems, and the centre of strategic planning, responsible for the strategic functioning of the smart home, are considered separately. With respect to the subsystem of data collection, the classification of the factors influencing the functioning of intelligent building is made, and on this basis the procedure of forming the channels influencing SIBC and its elements, and the composition of data, which should be collected for the effective functioning of SIBC, is described.

Keywords: intelligent building control, socio-technical system, subsystem of data collection, impact factors, channels of influence.
