Abstract:
Design of biosensors refers to the interdisciplinary research therefore, it is necessary to develop a common systematic approach that is invariant to the physical nature of the used phenomena and processes. The main points of energy and information models of circuits for the description of different physical nature processes based on the phenomenological equations of non-equilibrium thermodynamics and the principles of the creation of the automated system of conceptual design of information-measuring system elements, based on the energy and information models of circuits, are presented. The energy and information model of diffusion phenomena is considered, as the processes of diffusion are the main processes occurring in the bioselective elements. Using the model, a number of physical effects, used in the conceptual design of electrochemical biosensors, is described. The energy and information model of knowledge database of physical and technical effects described in the article allows developing a system of automated support of biosensors conceptual design phase based on the graph search.
