Construction and development of control system for installation of pulse aerosol dispensers

Abstract: The aim of this study is to develop a structure of pulse aerosol dispenser and the system of control of the dispenser based on microcontroller. The dispenser is designed for efficient irrigation and soil moisture and can also be used as a spray of agrochemicals and fertilizers for plants. The unit has a combustion chamber that makes it rather complicated technological object using various sensors (pressure sensor and water level sensor, signals of which come to the controller and generate a controlling impact on the valves and pump motors). The constructive node of control of the technological process of spraying is designed on the basis of the microcontroller Arduino Leonardo. The algorithm of the operation of the unit is developed.
