Increase in accuracy of primary sources of information in socio-technical systems

The existing methods of compensation of measurement errors of quantitative and qualitative data are considered. Classification of quantitative and qualitative data sources is given. The reasons for the emergence of random and systematic errors are studied. The task of increasing the reliability of the primary sources of information is set. The problem of joint processing of qualitative and quantitative information is examined. The possible causes of inaccuracy in the preparation of this or that information are described. It is shown that an increase in the reliability of the primary sources of information is possible due to the expansion of information by means of the combined usage of quantitative and qualitative information.
