«One window» technology introduction in establishments of social protection of the population

«One window» model and the technologies existing before introduction of the «one window» technology, and the procedure of rendering the social help to citizens in a «one window» mode are considered. The system of electronic document circulation «Electronic log-book of social passports of citizens» is offered. The prospects of development of the «one window» technology are described.
