Abstract:
The procedure or medical examination of mototransport drivers before the run, which
is proposed by regulating documents at the state level, is aimed to prevent traffic fatalities on the
roads. One of the components of pre-work checkups is a psycho physiological testing that shows
psychological state of the drivers, intensity of emotional reaction, individual character of mental
activity and requires great expenditures of time and money. On the base of analysis of criteria and
methods determining psycho physical state of man there has been developed a system for assessing
the readiness of city transport drivers and other employees working in conditions of increased danger
to the working shift. The system allows conducting online tests for pre-shift or pre-trip control,
conducts testing of sensorimotor reactions (light reactions, light reactions with choosing several
responses and sound reactions), testing reaction to a moving object and tremor testing among drivers
of a vehicle fleet and employees working in conditions of increased danger. Requirements to
automatic system have been regulated; user roles at the level of a manager (“Administrator”),
a qualified specialist (“Doctor”) and a doer (“Driver”) have been delivered. There is emphasized
the need to develop a web application, which is connected to the requirements for mobility and accessibility
in any point on the route. There have been implemented automatic collection and storage
of employee’s test results in order to form an individual rate and to monitor its dynamics.
