Equipping typical automated workplace of civil servant with decision support system DATA for assessing influence of environment on regional socio-economic system

Abstract: The article highlights the new benchmarks of the digital economy that require the introduction of new information technologies into the daily practice of public administration. The basic legal framework of the state development of digital society is considered on the example of the National Project “Digital Economy”. It is noted that the use of information and communication technologies for the development of the public administration system, the interaction of citizens and the state is a priority today. It has been shown that ensuring the efficient regional public administration in the context of information transformations is possible within the framework of the federal project Digital Public Administration. The elements of a public discussion about the necessity of adopting a strategy for the development of artificial intelligence, one of the directions for the implementation of which is the active use of decision support systems in the field of public administration are given. It is stated that using artificial intelligence technologies will contribute to the solution of the task of creating a typical automated workplace of a civil servant in the framework of the national project Digital Economy. To solve this problem, in the segment of assessing the influence of the external environment on the regional socio-economic system, the study proposes to implement the decision support system DATA. The informative modules of the system have been considered. The position of the developed software in the typical automated workplace of the civil servant has been indicated.
