Abstract:
A new method for determining the concentration of substances, based on the use of phase change depending on electric field of sensing device on the electro-physical characteristics of the analyzed substance has been developed. For the practical implementation of the method there has been developed the transmitter, based on the use of the bridge measuring circuit with improved phase sensitivity; there has been also obtained the analytical expressions that establish the dependence of the phase shift on the circuit parameters functionally related to the electro-physical characteristics of the substance, which are a function of the physical nature of the substance and the concentration of the controlled component. As a result of analytical studies it is found that under the relevant parameters of the primary transmitter of measuring circuit sensitivity of the phase shift can be infinitely high.
