Development of a mathematical model of automatic knowledge extraction for a hybrid question-answer system

The paper proposes and implements, in the form of a mathematical model and software package, the concept of using value coefficients, for ranging answers in universal hybrid question-answer systems, which will improve the efficiency of their work.
