The Tricomi problem for a third order hyperbolic equation degenerating inside the domain

Abstract: In this paper, we study the Tricomi problem for a third-order hyperbolic equation with degeneracy of order inside a mixed domain. The existence and uniqueness theorem for a regular solution is proved.
