Difference methods for solving quasilinear differential equations of first order. Part I

Abstract: We consider a number of finite-difference schemes for solving quasilinear differential equations of first order. These schemes are used by students of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics (Moscow State University) for solving their educational problems with computers. The work was supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (02-01-00490).
