A difference scheme for plasma wakefield simulation

Abstract: The article presents a scheme implemented by the finite difference method for solving a system of nonlinear partial differential equations describing a three-dimensional axial symmetric plasma wakefield. The results of calculations of dynamics of the wakefield until breaking are also obtained.
