Statistical solution of the Navier–Stokes system in the case of infinite average energy

A space-time statistical solution of an operator generalization of the Navier–Stokes system is constructed in the case where the condition
$$ \int\|u_0\|^2\mu(du_0)<\infty $$
is not necessarily fulfilled and the right hand side of the equation is a random process.
