A billiard realization of non-Bott singularities of integrable Hamiltonian systems with no more than one singular fiber of Seifert bundle

Abstract: The paper implements degenerate bifurcations of Liouville tori of systems with two degrees of freedom at a fixed energy and provided that there is no more than one special layer of type ($p$, $q$) in the corresponding Seifert fiber space.
