Abstract: The problem of evaluation of the instrumental errors for strapdown inertial navigation systems (SINS) is solved. It is assumed that the low-accuracy turntables are used. The feature of the algorithm constructed for this purpose consists in the fact that the characteristics of the gauges defining the work of the turntable do not directly participate in it. The working capacity of the algorithm is illustrated by the example of processing the real data.

Key words: strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS), instrumental errors, identification, Kalman filter.
