Abstract:
We consider the hyperbolic model, describing a thin liquid film flow on a vertical surface with consideration of condensation or evaporation at the interface. It is shown that this model allows rarefaction and compression centered waves. Families of exact generalized solutions are constructed in which centered waves conjugate with each other or with the residual depth through strong or weak discontinuities. These solutions describe the evolution of rolling waves on the film flow surface.
