Abstract: In this paper we consider an optimization technique for Resource-Constrained Project Scheduling problem applied to the program of development of the East-Siberian oil and gas complex under conditions of limited resources and project deadlines set by the terms of state contracts to supply oil to the Asia-Pacific region. To coordinate completion dates and financing of large investment projects taking into consideration economic and technologic risk factors we propose to use the software based on network-based project planning technique.

Keywords: scheduling, optimization, scarce resources, deadline, oil and gas industry, economics.
