Development of physical principles and algorithms of computer modelling of basic processes of the microstructure formation by the methods of probabilistic cellular automaton
Abstract:
We suggest the algorithm for modelling of basic processes of the microstructure formation by the methods of probabilistic cellular automaton. The software system implementing this method is developed. The examples of modelling the complex processes when there are defects of different types on the substrate surface are given.
