Meta-stable phase forming in process of diffusion in fluid system water-isoamyl alcohol

Abstract:
The contacting between water and isoamyl alcohol in acid medium is considered. During the diffusion the forming of meta-stable phase which increases the potential energy of system by the this phase surface is noticed.
