Converting the Sum of Weighted Degrees of Natural Numbers with the Same Parameters

Abstract: Consider the transformation of a finite sum of weighted equal powers of natural numbers to a form that uses the binomial coefficients. This conversion enables the sequential reduction of enumerated values that belong to the intermediate and final operations of this reduction.
