Abstract: The dynamics of structural change in the process of 2D crystal relaxation is researched with molecular dynamics method. Into the structure of the crystal there was injected packed point defects which are situated in the <110> close-packed directions. It is shown that the process of the relaxation consists of several phases.

Keywords: crystal, relaxation, point defects, computer modeling.
