Abstract: Using solid-phase synthesis tetra peptide was obtained, which was modified by introducing into the structure of the original peptide adamantine fragments. Modification of peptide adamantane should strengthen its biological activity by increasing the lipophilicity of the molecule and as a consequence by increasing the degree of its affinity to the membranes of cells. The structures of synthesized peptides are supported by physico-chemical methods.

Keywords: peptides, adamantane, solid-phase synthesis, antiviral activity, computer calculation of biological activity.
