Abstract: In the article mathematical models of process of the phase changes in unstable elastic medium, the elements of phase structure of which are formed and distributed in space non-uniformly are constructed. Two types of structures are considered. In the first case new phase forms accumulations in the form of separate inclusions. In the second case new and old phases form accumulations in the form of interpenetrating skeletons. Statistical averaging of nonlinear systems of equilibrium equations of nonuniformly distributed micro heterogeneity environments with unstable components allows to establish their macroscopically determining equations and calculate appropriate effective characteristics.

Keywords: determining equations, phase changes, effective characteristics, micro structure, statistical averaging.
