Development of digital speckle of interferometry for the investigation of dynamic processes in real time

Abstract: This paper considers the development of speckle interferometry on the basis of analysis of behavior of intensity of a single speckle for the investigation of dynamic processes in mechanics. Optical scheme for the realization of proposed method of measurement is proposed. The restrictions imposed on the proposed optical scheme are considered. The estimate of the range of measurements of dynamic movements is given. Experimental results of parameters of measurements of surface vibrations are presented.
