Abstract: A homogeneous differential-difference equation with linearly increasing time delay is considered. Some sufficient conditions for asymptotic stability and instability of zero solution well-known for the linear equation with linearly increasing time delay are summarized in homogeneous equations. The speed of solution decreasing is estimated. Refs 20.

Keywords: homogeneous differential-difference equation, linearly increasing time delay, asymptotic stability, instability.
