Abstract: On the basis of previous works of authors new signs of regularity and stability of vector-matrix differential equations with a variable main part are specified.

Keywords: higher order linear vector-operator differential equations with variable coefficients, bounded, almost periodic, asymptotically stable solutions, bounded green’s function, integral and frequency constants.
