Abstract: The paper is devoted to the 150th anniversary of the birth of Fedor Eduardovich Molin (Theodor Molien). Main results of F. E. Molin about the systems of higher complex numbers (or hypercomplex numbers) are presented in view of the present-day state of this branch of algebra.
