Abstract: A technique of mathematical modeling of operation modes for multipurpose isochronous cyclotrons is presented. The considered procedure is based on the calculation of currents in the main coil ($I_{main}$) and trim coils of correction of the main magnetic field ($I_i$, $i$=$1,2,\ldots,z$). The trim coil currents are calculated at a certain level of current in the main coil on the base of mathematical model, which was developed by authors.
