Identification and forecasting of the state of a radio physical apparatus based on the use of a fractal noise test-signal

Abstract: In this article new algorithms of the decision of a problem of identification and forecasting of a state of the radio physical apparatus on the basis of an estimation of Harst`s parameter input correlated fractal noise test-signal with finite duration are elaborated.
