MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF ECOLOGICAL-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

Management of the dynamics of interaction of the human immune system with infectious diseases

Abstract: For an estimation and forecast of dynamics of populations immunecompetent of crates the controlled mathematical model allowing to investigate protective mechanisms organism on influence of external antigenes is submitted. The construction of mathematical model is preceded by the brief description of the basic laws and mechanisms of dynamics of immune system. The dynamic trajectories are approached to the data of the generalized picture by a variation of parameters. The way of an estimation of quality of infectious protection as average speed of damage organism is offered, for which minimization the management иммунной by system is entered by biostimulation and realization immune therapy. The considered controlled model is used for the comparative analysis of the factors influencing current and outcome of disease.
