Termal conductivity of monocrystals $\mathrm{Al_2O_3}$ doped with $\mathrm{Cr}$, $\mathrm{V}$ and $\mathrm{Ti}$ in the temperature range $\mathrm{50}$$\mathrm{300}$ K

Abstract: Thermal conductivity of corundum samples with different admixtures: $0,15$ at.$\% \mathrm{V}$, $0,5$ at.$\% \mathrm{Ti}$, $1,0$, $1,25$ and $1,5$ at.$\% \mathrm{Cr}$ was analysed. Thermal conductivity of a crystal with $\mathrm{Ti}$ admixture was one for crystal with significant structure imperfection.
