About the evaluation of inaccuracy of approximate solution of the inverse problem of solid state physics

The problem of determining of the phonon spectrum of the crystal from its thermal capacity was studied. The accuracy evaluation for regularization method of A. N. Tikhonov chosen from the residual principle was obtained.
