Diffraction of electromagnetic waves on small nonhomogeneities

Abstract: Two problems of the diffraction of the electromagnetic flat waves, scattered from a small nonhomogeneity in a stratum and from a saltus of an impedance on small segment of the boundary of the interface between two media, are investigated.
