On some set of models of magnets and chiral fields: integrability, Darboux transformation and exact solutions

Two matrix linear systems which are the polynomial bunch with the complex parameter have been considered. The conditions of their compatibility have been find, also examples of integrable equations of magnets and chiral fields have been given. Some its exact solutions have been constructed.
